As an authentic and personable care provider, Luke’s goal is to make personal local mental health care available for everyone. Luke earned his Master’s degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Azusa Pacific University in California in 2012. During this time, he worked for a private mental health facility and for the local VA. Luke has more than ten years of experience providing mental health care in both outpatient and inpatient facilities. He was as an outpatient mental health care provider for the VA center in Bath, New York for over four years.
Luke then moved back to the northwest where he was born and raised. He worked at Cascade Mental Health Care since 2016 providing care both at the inpatient and outpatient facilities. Additionally, he now provides outpatient mental health care from his private practice’s office in Chehalis specializing mental health medication management
When not at work, Luke enjoys gun competitions and trainings, strategic board and card games with his friends, and using his tractor for projects around his property. Luke lives on a timber farm in Chehalis with his wife, dog, and two boys.
