I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. While I have cared for patients across the lifespan in community health centers, post-acute care, and mental health hospitals as a Family Nurse Practitioner, my passion lies in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder.
My approach is holistic, compassionate, and patient-centered, ensuring that you feel heard, supported, and empowered. As part of this care, I provide thoughtful and evidence-based medication management to help restore balance and improve functioning.
I also use medication/s when appropriate to stabilize mood, reduce distressing symptoms, and support lasting change. I work closely with each patient to tailor treatment plans to their unique needs and preferences.
