As a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I am trained in counseling and medication management. My goal is to partner with clients, and I value shared decision making. I have worked in mental health since 2010 and have experience working with a wide variety of mental health conditions. I prescribe medications and provide supportive counseling rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
I provide medication management and will suggest holistic approaches including nutrition, sleep hygiene, and mindfulness. My specialties include mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, psychosis, and trauma.
