I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I am honored to meet you and want you to know that I provide unbiased support and a sense of calm to whatever is going on in your life. I believe in providing a hybrid approach of evidenced-based theories and strategies of various methodologies. There is no one-size-fits-all approach because it will be catered to you, as you are unique.
I treat patients across the lifespan (child to geriatrics). The patient conditions I treat include ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar, borderline personality, behavioral disturbances related to neurocognitive disorders, and some addiction disorders such as alcoholism.
My therapeutic process begins with open-ended conversations that encourage you to express your thoughts and emotions freely. I believe that there is no one way to peel an onion; each layer reveals a different aspect of your experience.
