I work collaboratively with adult patients, offering psychotherapy alone or a thoughtful combination of therapy and medication when appropriate. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, postpartum depression, parenting challenges, work–life balance concerns, and the emotional impact of co-occurring medical conditions. Whatever brings a person to treatment, my goal is to help them gain meaningful insight into the obstacles that may be preventing them from living a more fulfilling and empowered life.
In addition to my work as a psychiatrist, I am also a trained psychoanalyst. Many of the individuals I work with engage in therapy without medication, as I do not offer medication management alone. I believe in the value of understanding oneself, and I approach each patient with curiosity about the complex relationship between mind, body, brain and soul.
My approach is integrative and holistic, grounded in over twenty years of clinical experience. I have been recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor since 2019. I am passionate about helping people reduce their suffering by fostering a space where they feel genuinely understood, while also developing a deeper understanding of themselves.
