I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping teens and families move toward healing and growth. I specialize in working with adolescents struggling with ADHD, Autism, ODD, DMDD, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on the whole person. I believe strength is built by doing hard things, and my life’s purpose is to inspire others to reach their greatest potential. My goal is to help those facing mental health challenges find stability, hope, and the tools they need to live their best lives as soon as possible.

I have worked closely with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists and Primary Care in the community health setting, family practice, adult corrections, youth corrections, and inpatient behavioral medicine. I specialize in ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, OCD, Bipolar and Schizophrenia.
