I am accepting new patients for TMS Therapy and Spravato treatment. I am accepting new patients for medication management as well. TMS is a non-invasive drug-free treatment procedure, although patients can remain on medications that have been helpful to them. It is FDA approved for patients with Major Depressive Disorder who have not had satisfactory results from antidepressant drugs. Spravato / Esketamine is a prescription nasal spray primarily used to treat adults with treatment-resistant depression (TRD) and major depressive disorder (MDD). It is administered in the doctor’s office, where patients are monitored for 2 hours.

Laura Chase, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in emergency care, internal medicine, and psychiatric nursing. She earned her master’s degree in Nursing from Long Island University and completed her post-master’s PMHNP certificate at Hofstra University.
