I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 13 years of psychiatric experience. I manage a wide range of mental health concerns, including adjustment disorder, anxiety, ADHD, depression, OCD, PTSD, sleep disturbances/insomnia, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. I provide services to teens, adults, and seniors. I have worked in crisis intervention, intensive outpatient rehabilitation, and partial hospitalization therapy.
I have a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Chatham University. I use a variety of clinical approaches in addition to medication management, including cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy.
