I specialize in mental health assessment and diagnosis conducting comprehensive evaluations for psychiatric disorders, including mood, anxiety, depression, psychotic, and personality disorders. I also specialize in med management, and monitoring med effectiveness and side effects. As well as psycho-education on the effectiveness of med management.
I believe that healing happens in a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where your voice is heard, respected, and valued. My goal is to empower you to take charge of your mental health, to explore your strengths, and to work toward meaningful and sustainable progress at a pace that feels right for you.
