As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I support adults ages 18+ struggling with obsessive and compulsive thoughts and behaviors, phobias, depression, and other challenges. I also appreciate collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure you receive well-rounded, coordinated care.
I use medications thoughtfully, considering their role within a broader treatment strategy. If medications are causing side effects or are ineffective, I can help in safely deprescribing and exploring alternative treatments. My goal is to help you achieve a state of well-being that aligns with your true self.
Currently I am not scheduling visits specifically to address anger management or substance use issues. I offer a free 15-minute consultation for us to see whether my services would be a good fit. I accept Regence, Premera, Lifewise, and most BCBS insurance plans.
