My passion is helping people heal emotional wounds and childhood trauma using inner child healing therapy, somatic therapy, emotional release work, and subconscious work using modalities such as hypnotherapy and breathwork, among others.
I also train other clinicians in mind-body medicine modalities including Go Within Hypno-Breathwork, which is a comprehensive modality that I developed that merges hypnotherapy and breathwork to get into the deepest subconscious layers for inner child healing, emotional and somatic healing, and shock / trauma healing.
Go Within Hypno-Breathwork reaches the deep subconscious levels of the mind/body where everything is stored: core beliefs, memories, repressed emotions, unprocessed traumatic events, etc. GWHB is done in a "meditative" theta brainwave state. From this level, clients can get down into the core issues more quickly, by bypassing the thinking, analytical mind.
