My areas of focus are anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, sleep dysfunction, and PTSD/Trauma. While working as a critical care nurse in the ICU for 7+ years, I pursued and completed my Master’s degree in Nursing from Lewis University. I specialized in mental health as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
I have developed a deep passion for mental health, inspired by my time caring for patients in high-acuity settings who required both compassion and critical thinking. I am dedicated to working closely with my patients to identify their goals of care and to create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect those goals.
