Living Deliberately, LLC is dedicated to client-focused and client-forward treatment. Our Nurse practitioners provide medication management with an eye towards holistic health practices. Our therapists use gold standard therapy practices for best outcomes. We work on creating stability in a warm and professional environment. In addition to medication management we also offer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment for medicationaly resistant depression, anxiety and OCD.
We have clinicians that specialize with helping people with autism, mood disorders, ADHD, couples, art therapy, EMDR, trauma-focused CBT, and DBT. We have Psychiatric NPs available for medication management to support and enhance the therapeutic work that is being done.
