Hello! Reaching out for help is often scary and it does not have to be. Gaining control of our behavioral health is just as important as our physical health; and finding the right provider can be daunting. I have over a decade of experience and the best part about my job is when clients experience improved well being and can navigate challenges. I offer medication management and/or supportive therapy in a non judgmental and safe environment; allowing you to communicate whatever fears or concerns you may have.
I help individuals with an array of behavioral health needs: anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, post partum depression, ADHD, substance use, and schizophrenia. My goal is to take the mystery out of and decrease the stigma with regard to the behavioral health challenges you may face.
