Psychiatric & Addiction Care - Accepting Medicaid - I’m Lisa Perna, MSN, FNP-BC, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in addiction medicine and mental health with over 14 years of experience. I work with individuals experiencing substance use concerns, mental health conditions, or life stressors—and I also provide psychiatric care for patients without a substance use disorder. I believe healing happens best when patients feel seen, heard, and supported—without judgment. I take time to understand the full picture of your physical and emotional health, helping you build stability, clarity, and confidence.

I provide outpatient, evidence-based psychiatric medication management for anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, social anxiety, insomnia as well as medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid, alcohol, benzo, kratom use disorders. MAT services include Suboxone, Sublocade, naltrexone, Vivitrol, antabuse, along with detox support and withdrawal management.

I currently see patients through Revival Recovery Center in Michigan and am accepting new patients. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments and accept most Medicaid plans.
