Hi there! I specialize in mood disorders including major depression and bipolar spectrum disorder. I provide medication management and trauma-informed therapy. In our first visit, my goal is to clarify your diagnosis, review what you’ve tried, and leave you with a concrete plan, including if I recommend medication, therapy, or other follow-up options. Currently only virtual, with plan to have in person availability in 2026.

Training: Harvard College (A.B., Organismic and Evolutionary Biology); Johns Hopkins School of Medicine (M.D.); Psychiatry Residency, Johns Hopkins Hospital. I specialize in mood disorders (MDD, BPAD), trauma related disorders (DID, PTSD), and anxiety disorders (GAD, some types of OCD).

I believe that all behaviors made sense at the time they were formed, and that we can only change our behaviors when we are willing to see it clearly for everything that it is—which includes not just the ugly and dysfunctional pieces of it, but also how it reflects something beautiful or good about us.
