I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing treatment for psychiatric conditions across the lifespan, with a special focus on perinatal mental health. I have practiced in a variety of clinical care settings since 2015, including inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care (both medical and psychiatric). This breadth of experience allows me to care for clients with a wide range of needs and levels of acuity. Over the years, my practice has evolved to include a more holistic approach; integrating conventional psychiatric treatment with this whole-person perspective.
In my perinatal work, I support individuals and families through the emotional and physiological changes of pregnancy, postpartum, and their broader reproductive journey. I will partner with each client to address mood, anxiety, and related concerns during these sensitive periods, combining evidence-based care with attention to the underlying contributors.
As part of my practice philosophy as a virtual only provider, I do not prescribe controlled substances in my private practice (including benzodiazepines or stimulants). My goal is to help every client feel heard, understood, and empowered as an active participant in their own care.
