I am accepting new Clients. My goal is to treat clients with an individual, holistic approach in an effort to strive for a healthy, balanced, quality of life. I am an empathetic listener utilizing integrative treatment strategies of medication management, complimentary therapies, mindfulness, nutrition, exercise and more. Treatment is with thoughtful consideration of the Client as a whole.
I am Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with ANCC certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner in practice for more than 30 years. With a background in the treatment of Behavioral Medicine, General & Social Anxiety, OCD, Depression, Professional burn-out, Caregiver fatigue, perinatal & post-menopause, PMS, PMDD and Dementia. Capacity Evaluations completed.
