From postpartum shifts to menopause, your hormones and your mental health are deeply connected—and you shouldn't have to just "tough it out." As a double-board-certified PMHNP and Nurse-Midwife, I offer a grounded approach to treatment of PMDD, ADHD and perimenopausal mood changes. With an office right in Williston, Vermont, I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments.

With Yale training and dual board-certification, I provide comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning. My approach blends mind-body medicine, lab work, nutritional and lifestyle strategies, and targeted therapy during key transitions. When needed, I collaborate closely with your regular therapist.
