I am a Vermont-based, double-board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Midwife, and I offer straightforward psychiatric care focused on root causes, holistic treatment and medication management for conditions like major depression, PMDD, anxiety, bipolar disorders, CPTSD, ADHD, and OCD. With Yale training and dual board-certification, I provide comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management and brief/targeted therapy. My approach blends mind-body medicine, lab work, nutritional and lifestyle strategies, and targeted therapy during key transitions. When needed, I collaborate closely with your regular therapist.
My goal is for you to experience your full potential. My credentials are important, but my life experience also informs my practice. I have experienced hormonal changes, trauma in various forms, great loss, and neurodivergence; ie, I have been in a place where I needed to ask for help.
