I am a board certified psychiatrist, licensed in Arizona, accepting new some but not all new patients in my telepsychiatry office. I offer both psychotherapy and evidence based prescribing, and I serve patients directly. With over 20 years experience as an MSW psychotherapist, I can offer way more than just pills. I specialize in treating the needs of doctors and other helping professionals.
I love taking care of sensitive smart people who live with ADHD, depression, various forms of anxiety and mood disorders, difficulties with sleep, situational stress, relationship concerns, sexual identity concerns and issues related to growing up and working in a materialistic patriarchal irrationally brutal and racist society. I help humans grow stronger.
Many doctors and other health care professionals are taught to ignore our own needs. Through self neglect, we become sleep deprived, depressed, anxious, frustrated and miserable. I offer a private, confidential, time flexible monthly subscription service for very busy folks who need phone psychiatry visits, as well as ordinary fee for service office visits.
