My credentials include a liberal arts degree, Masters in Social Work, MD, psychiatry residency, board certification and 30+ years experience in my field. My fees are $600 for a first visit, $350 for a follow up visit. If you live in Arizona, I can meet you anywhere, right there on your computer. No driving! Together, we create a safe space, to talk about anything! Really!
I take care of smart, sensitive quirky people living with anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, ADHD, sleep issues, rough childhoods, horrible jobs, difficult relationships, and other kinds of suffering related to living life in a patriarchal, homophobic, racist, violent
and greed-driven culture. I help humans recover their original true selves.
Many health care workers and other servant kings and queens are taught to ignore our own needs and neglect our own wisdom. In the relentless grind, we self isolate, self blame and forget our true worth. Our distress leads to feelings of guilt, shame, numbness, grief and despair.
