Welcome; My name is Lisa Curtain and I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) at The Evolving Mind LLC. I prescribe psychiatric medication for mental wellness and stability. I prescribe psychiatric medication; through medication management and therapeutic lifestyle interventions that are tailored for you, I treat: Adults 18+ for Depression, Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, ADHD, and more. I work with residents of Massachusetts. Please contact your primary care provider concerning any problems not related to mental health.

The Evolving Mind LLC is Tele-Psychiatry based only. Tele-Psychiatry: You do not have to leave your home to see your mental health provider. I prescribe psychiatric medication online. I will come to you, virtually. All you need is an internet connection and a device with a camera and speaker. It can be as simple as your smartphone!
