My focus is on spending time with my patients to really understand their goals. Getting help for mental health can feel very vulnerable. I value my patients and really enjoy getting to know them. My process involves building a trusting relationship with my patients so the feel heard and understood. Open communication is essential for effective treatment. I am open to many forms of treatment including traditional, alternative, and natural options as well.
I specialize in working with adults 18+ struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and OCD. My practice is conducted solely online and I offer evening appointments. Patients come to me when they have felt frustrated or invalidated by their previous psychiatrist.
I offer an alternative to traditional mental health treatment in which patients have the freedom and time to build a trusting relationship.
