Originally from China, she earned her Ph.D. in animal pathology from China Agricultural University in 2006 and spent ten years in Chicago labs exploring the mechanisms behind Alzheimer’s, autism, autoimmune diseases, and inflammation. Her passion for helping others led her to complete her BSN at Resurrection University in 2017, followed by years of hospital nursing before advancing into psychiatry.
Motivated by her growing interest in mental health, Liping pursued her MSN at Walden University and graduated from the PMHNP program in 2024. She now works with patients of all ages to manage conditions like anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, bringing warmth, empathy, and scientific insight to every encounter.
Outside of work, Liping finds joy in the quiet beauty of everyday life. She loves nature walks, sewing, and baking—and shares a special bond with her beloved cat, who has grown with her through the years. Their trust and connection reflect her nurturing spirit and appreciation for life’s meaningful relationships.
