Hi, I'm Lindsey! After a decade in nursing, I became a psychiatric nurse practitioner to help children, teens, and adults who are doing their best but feel like they're carrying more than they can handle. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, feeling down, a racing mind, or emotional ups and downs, I take time to understand the full picture, including your history, experiences, and goals. I offer psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy for children, teens, and adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and burnout. My passion is helping clients understand why they've been feeling this way, alongside a special focus on women's mental health, including perinatal and postpartum support.
