Welcome! My name is Lindsey and I am the owner of Mystique Mind and WelIness. I see clients age 18 and older, providing psychiatric medication management integrated with holistic approaches and supportive talk therapy. Holistic approaches may include whole body health promotion, reviewing environmental factors, dietary and exercise approaches, sleep strategies, herbal and vitamin supplementation, stress reducing interventions, or Genesight testing. Additionally, Mystique offers hypnotherapy services as an alternative modality. Please note, controlled medications will be considered on an individual basis.

I will obtain a biopsychosocial intake which assesses biological, psychological and social factors that influence thoughts, feelings, and behaviors from childhood until present day. We discuss a variety of treatment options which will include lifestyle and holistic approaches and may also include medication management.
