Together, we explore how this affects you physically, socially, psychologically and spiritually. Some people prefer only to engage in therapy, exploring dreams and learning coping skills; some people want medication to help with this process. I work with you based on your preferences, explaining the options available. Each person is unique, so I tailor my recommendations to your individual experience.
I treat adults with a range of psychiatric disorders. I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders, including PTSD and Dissociative Disorders. We will utilize a variety of treatment types to achieve your goals, including talk therapy, dream analysis, lifestyle changes and selective use of medications.
