I focus on mindfulness, lifestyle, nutrition, spiritual and natural methods, as well as medication management. The foundation matters I take my time, and with that, I get to know my clients and our safe space emerges. I have training in working with all ages, predominantly 14-95, any gender, sexuality, polyamorous or open relationships, sex work/er. pregnancy, birth, postpartum, abuse (sexual, physical, emotional), trauma, body image, PTSD, grief & loss, anxiety, depressive disorders, bipolarity/mood, neurodivergent disorders, personality, and anyone in recovery (or guests to listen).
I have wide range of experience providing care to a diverse population of human people. I practice integrative/holistic, existential, mindfulness, and radical acceptance therapy modalities. I am also well-versed in the treatment of anxiety, panic, fear, and phobias. I do have a special interest in the transition from life to death and the fear associated.
I am affirming, warm, and empathic. I believe safe, interactive, collaborative, and attuned explorations of your inner world, fears, shame, strengths, and desires are crucial in our work together. The aim of my practice is to increase self-love, I use humor, authenticity, directness, and a strengths-based lens to invite in and explore your many layers.
