Hi, I’m Lindsey, a psychiatric nurse practitioner who’s here to help you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. Whether you’re navigating the ups and downs of depression, living with anxiety that feels overwhelming, or trying to manage the intensity of bipolar disorder, you don’t have to do it alone. I offer telehealth sessions to meet you where you are — literally and emotionally.

My approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and deep respect for your lived experience. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, valued, and empowered to take meaningful steps forward.

I got into mental health care because I wanted to make a difference in a way that felt personal — to challenge the stigma and help people feel seen. For me, this work is about connection. It’s about building relationships that matter and helping people believe in their ability to heal.
