I am a compassionate and patient focused psychiatric nurse practitioner. You may feel shame and guilt for feeling this way, and I'm here to provide you support and guidance on your journey to better mental health. I want you to participate in your life again and enjoy the friends and family around you. It's important you know you aren't alone in this struggle.
I have worked with adults in the mental health space since 2005. I listen to my patients, and I value your feedback. This is a collaborative relationship, which I find is the best and most helpful kind. I have a special interest in women's mental health, but I enjoy working with patients of any gender.
