I am a board-certified adult psychiatrist who also completed an academic fellowship in women’s mental health and reproductive psychiatry at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Earlier in my career, I served as the Clinical and Education Director at the Johns Hopkins Reproductive Mental Health Center, where I oversaw clinical services and trained psychiatry residents in women's mental health. I am deeply passionate about advancing and advocating for women’s mental health through both clinical care and education.
In my practice, I focus on mood and anxiety concerns related to pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, reproductive loss, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), premenstrual, and perimenopause. Many people come to me after receiving conflicting or incorrect information about managing their mood symptoms during these times.
My approach is friendly, collaborative, and warm. Patients often tell me they appreciate my dedication to making them feel cared for and respected.
