As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I am committed to delivering compassionate and evidence-based care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Recognizing the importance of perinatal mental health, I have additional training and certification in perinatal mental health to better provide support to individuals and families navigating the complexities of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.

I focus on personalized treatment approaches. Together, we'll find the best treatment and medication plan for you. As an adoptee providing adoptee mental health services, I understand and can help navigate these unique challenges.

I believe in each person's resilience and inner strength. My goal is to offer compassionate support, empowerment, and advocacy to help address barriers and work on developing psychosocial skills so that no one ever feels alone.
