Dr. Ogujiofor is a certified registered nurse practitioner with dual board certification in psychiatric mental health and family medicine. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from West Chester University in 2016 and obtained her MSN from La Salle University in 2013 as well as Post-Master's in PMHNP in 2021 from Regis College.
My approach is focused on providing person-centered evidence-based care that is tailored to each patient’s needs through the use of therapeutic communication skills. Also, I tend to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team to ensure that my patients receive quality care that will produce the best possible outcomes for optimal functioning.
I involve my patients in setting goals for their care in order to promote adherence to treatment plans and achieve better outcomes. Separating short and long-term goals as well as prioritizing goals empower the patients to continue to make strides toward their mental health stability and function.
