About
Our provider, Carrie Shahbahrami, MSN, APRN, ACCNS-AG, PMHNP-BC, is dually boarded in medical and psychiatric care allowing a comprehensive assessment of each client's needs. Carrie began her nursing career in 2000 focusing on the needs of patients within the acute hospital setting. Upon furthering her education at Johns Hopkins University and University of Cincinnati, Carrie chose to focus on client's needing specialized psychiatric care and treatment. Carrie's passion is serving the underrepresented while reducing the stigma associated with mental health.
We offer convenience and privacy to our Colorado-based clients via an array of appointment options including telehealth, in-office, or on-site. For clients needing long-acting injectable (LAI) medications, we offer convenient options for your medication management. We are also a certified outpatient Spravato (esketamine) treatment center.
