Hi, thanks for stopping by I'm Fatima, I'm a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, in past 15 years I have served patients in medical and mental health facilities both inpatient and outpatient. I have in the past and currently am comfortable with treating patients that are struggling with complex medical and mental health conditions. I enjoy working with patients utilizing a collaborative approach in finding solutions for various mental health challenges/conditions. I am currently accepting new patients.
My approach is to utilize collaborative methods that are holistic, evidence based and non-judgmental. In my current practice I offer my patients medication management along with psychotherapy services, I'm currently offering remote telehealth services.
