Specializing in genetic testing, I work collaboratively with clients to develop treatment goals and plans to improve overall quality of life. I take a holistic approach to treatment and aim to use pharmacological treatment in a realistic and practical way, only using medications when indicated. My most successful patients are those who enter into treatment motivated for change.

I am currently accepting new patients! Although I am not currently offering controlled substances, I assist individuals in dealing with anxiety and depression by addressing specific mental health needs through coaching, counseling, psychoeducation, medication management, and other psychotherapeutic interventions. Maintaining a person-centered focus and approach to help others reach their mental health goals allows me to provide treatment in a safe, effective manner using evidence-based practice tools.

During this evaluation, we review your history engaging in psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, symptoms, and comprehensive medical history. This evaluation sets the stage for your mental health journey. Using an integrative psychiatry approach, I then develop a treatment plan for you that includes optimized prescription medication management, supplementation, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. I am able to provide treatment for depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, PMDD, PPD, Autism, OCD, and disordered eating.

Dr. Lubinsky is an ABPN Board Certified Psychiatrist. He specializes in the treatment of a variety of mood, anxiety, and trauma related disorders. Care is tailored to the individual and is based on evaluation and integration of biological, psychological, developmental and environmental factors that contribute that contribute to decreased wellbeing. Dr. Lubinsky believes in in using psychotherapy to help his patients understand their inner emotional conflict and how their symptoms may be an adaptive response to life circumstances.

Insurance and self pay appointments available within a few days. Sarah is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She works primarily with women and teens. She specializes in maternal mental health and the unique challenges women face at different life stages. She has an understanding of issues related to preconception, pregnancy, infertility, loss, and adjusting to parenting. She provides medication management and/or therapy via telehealth.

I am a Registered Nurse of 24 years and have extensive experience with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and working with children/adults in many areas of mental health. I have a passion for children & adolescence. I approach the whole person, physical, mental, and spiritual aspects, and how to improve one, to improve all areas. I have a therapy dog that works with me, she provides comfort. I am prior military (8 years active duty Army) and then worked for 14 years with the military as the civilian nurse case manager for the 10th Special Forces Group, FT Carson.

Stemming from her osteopathic medical training, she focuses treatment on the whole person - mind, body & spirit. After her psychiatry residency she completed a fellowship in integrative psychiatry & additional training in nutritional psychiatry. She has a passion for working alongside patients to address root causes of mental health symptoms through the skillful combination of traditional and advancing biomedical treatments with alternative modalities.

Appointments available! Henry is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who obtained his undergraduate and advanced nursing degree from Regis University in Denver, CO. He has over ten years of healthcare experience serving pediatric, adult and geriatric populations. Henry’s background includes an engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines, ecclesiastical work in service to the poor and underserved, and nursing services that include pediatric homecare, hospital inpatient and hospice care.
