Hi, I’m Liana Alam, a board-certified South Asian Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in both New Jersey and New York. I provide mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning through a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. Follow‑up medication management sessions involve a monthly review of the treatment regimen. I also provide supportive counseling and therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ACT as needed.
