About
My approach seeks to improve overall mental wellness which often means minimizing medications, utilizing psychotherapy techniques, and encouraging self-care and coping mechanisms. As a queer person on my own healing journey, I have found it beneficial being able to validate my patients’ experiences both professionally and personally. I am particularly interested in psychedelics, trauma work, and LGBTQIA+ health. Vulnerability, for many of us, does not come easily. Moreover, I understand how intimidating it is to share your deeply personal struggles with a near stranger. At Wesana Clinics we take great care in fostering a safe space
