I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in individual, family and group psychotherapy as well as psychopharmacology (the art of prescribing medication in the field of psychiatry). I believe in shared decision making for the best outcome.
While we can’t always change the difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve the many challenges that may disrupt your life in the present. By using various therapeutic techniques, including the use of psychotropic medications when indicated, we will work to modify symptoms and long-standing patterns of behavior.
