Starting in October, I'll be offering appointments two Saturdays a week. I now offer Spravato treatment for treatment resistant Major Depressive Disorder and Major Depressive disorder with suicidal ideation. Since 2015, I’ve worked with patients across the lifespan—young adults, older adults, and those with complex medical and psychiatric needs.
I’m a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in both mental and physical health. My clinical background spans nephrology, dialysis, hospital, outpatient care, intensive care, and nursing homes. I’ve also spent six years as a nursing instructor, teaching with clarity, empathy, and real world care.
In our work together, I offer medication management and support, always rooted in conversation, collaboration, and compassion. Healing isn’t just about reducing symptoms—it’s about reconnecting with yourself, building insight, and finding sustainable tools to move forward.
