Hello, fellow Alaskans! Living in our state comes with unique demands. Long winters, seasonal shifts, remote work, and balancing multiple roles can all shape our mental health. My priority is to truly understand what matters most to you. I work in a collaborative and compassionate way, taking time to listen and tailor care to fit your needs. I have extensive training in treating all psychiatric disorders during pregnancy and the postpartum period as well as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

I enjoy working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder. I am a certified Perinatal Mental Health provider (PSI). I am comfortable treating mental illness during pregnancy and postpartum. I’m an ADHD-CCSP practitioner and have completed additional training treating obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).
