Hi! I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and specialize in tele-health psychiatry care for adolescents and adults. I can treat clients 13 and up anywhere in Texas. My practice is rooted in patient-centered and trauma-focused care, ensuring a compassionate and personalized approach to mental health. Medication is sometimes needed, but I will never use medication alone. All parts of our brain and mind function on survival and adaptation, which can lead to a variety of mental health issues.
