Hi, I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensed in New York and Connecticut. My approach to mental health care is a holistic approach focusing on my clients needs, and goals for treatment, and collaborating with my client in order to develop a treatment plan that will provide the best results for my client.
My approach to providing mental care is holistic, which means treating the patient as a whole to improve lifestyle and wellness. I specialize in treating patients with anxiety, ADHD, Major depressive disorder, mood disorders, and PTSD.
What attracted me to mental health care initially was the stigmatization that occurs with mental health at times, and wanting to break down barriers. I love doing this work to improve the minds of individuals, which will improve their lives as a whole.
