I am trained in holistic medicine and psychiatry. I look at your habits, medications, and health conditions, as well as mental disorders. I focus on nutrition and lifestyle with medications, if needed, to achieve your goals. Care is individualized and personal. I take a holistic approach. I will challenge you to make healthy changes! I am pro Primal/Paleo, clean keto, and carnivore diets.
I love working with people who are ready to feel better and make healthy changes. I don't prescribe lithium, clozaril, controlled/scheduled medications such as benzodiazepines (i.e. Xanax), stimulants (i.e. Adderall), or certain sleep aids. I also do not do FMLA, LOA, or disability paperwork.
I am straightforward and pragmatic. I won't beat around the bush. I have always enjoyed helping others. I became a Family Nurse Practitioner, then a Psychiatric Practitioner. I enjoy solving problems and providing education.
