My current practice is rooted in meeting clients 'where they are,' working cohesively to untangle inner conflicts, and facilitating each client’s journey towards insight, agency, and self-efficacy. My approach is a blends of medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive psychotherapy to treat a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, attention-deficit, bipolar, depressive, obsessive-compulsive, personality, psychotic, somatic, substance-related, and trauma-related disorders.
