Hi, I’m Lemlem, I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner here to support and guide you through this journey. My current practice is rooted in meeting the clients “where they are,” working cohesively to untangle inner conflicts, and facilitating each client’s journey towards insight, agency, and self-efficacy.
My clinical approach blends medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive psychotherapy. My goal is to provide thoughtful, collaborative care that supports insight, stability, and meaningful change.
I treat a broad range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, attention‑deficit disorders, bipolar and depressive disorders, obsessive‑compulsive and related disorders, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, somatic symptom disorders, substance‑related conditions, and trauma‑ and stressor‑related disorders.
