As a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I offer both psychotherapy and medication management. My integrative, psychodynamic approach blends evidence-based care with mindfulness and insight-oriented work to help you understand patterns, safely explore challenges, and build tools for emotional balance.
At heart, I am a truth seeker. Influenced by Jungian psychology and contemplative traditions such as yoga philosophy and Buddhism, I see healing as reconnecting with your deeper self and living with greater clarity and intention.
