As a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide both psychotherapy and medication management to treat adults dealing with a variety of mental health issues related to mood and anxiety disorders. I have an easygoing and relatable personality that puts people at ease. I hold no judgment and believe ALL people deserve kindness and respect.
Ultimately, I am a truth seeker. I love to get lost in rabbit holes and have studied amazing things like Jungian psychology, Yoga, Ayurveda, Hinduism, Buddhism, Kabbalah, Esotericism, and Tarot. I've gained profound wisdom from these deep dives and have healed many of my own wounds by doing so. I am here to support and guide you.
