About
We are all living in times of uncertainty and heightened emotionality. For many, 2022 has been a disappointment. Between painful losses of family, relationships and joyous activities, the anticipated return to pre-Covid times has not occurred. People are still struggling with: anxiety, depression, isolation, relationship struggles & adjustment difficulties. Too often, continued feelings of being out of control, frustration and disappointment can illicit one’s worst traits and/or bring back memories of past traumas. No need to suffer alone, in silence. It takes courage to reach out for help. Let's see if we are a good fit.
More important than my extensive experience working with children, adolescents, parents & grand-parents is my unique approach to treatment. I am a warm, engaging, empathic therapist. I invest my heart in my work and am highly devoted to my patients. I believe in concierge treatment and make myself available when patients need me.
I have worked as a Clinical Professor at Columbia University and a private practicer in NJ for over 40 years. My vast life experiences as a professional woman, wife, divorce', widow, mother, grandmother and devoted friend have afforded me vast knowledge of what makes a successful individual, marriage and interpersonal relationship.
